14-day refund window

All Simple Cents Studio digital products come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If your purchase isn't what you expected, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the order date.

Because these are instant-download digital goods, refund requests are reviewed for abuse or excessive chargeback history. Paddle, our Merchant of Record, processes all refunds and makes the final determination.

How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

2. Find your Simple Cents Studio order and click "Request a refund".

When you'll see the money

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
